Woman in stitches over online shopping ‘violation’ as she shares reality

Online shopping can either be a blessing or a curse – especially when it comes to ordering clothes.

But one woman was left in hysterics after her friend’s sister allegedly purchased a dress from the internet which looked nothing like the picture.

Natalie Tyson shared the hilarious results on TikTok where it has since racked up more than 6.8 million views.

In the clip which has been captioned: “I’M CRYINGGG,” Natalie can be seen hysterically laughing as the voiceover says “it’s so ugly” – which we can assume is describing the dress that arrived.

She explained: “My sister’s friend ordered a dress online and… just look.”

The dress, which retailed for $32.39 (£22), featured a high slit on one side that exposes the model’s thigh, as well as ruching at the waist, a corset and a train.

But what she received looked nothing like the dress she saw on the website.

Apart from being a completely different material, the gown she tried on was missing the cap sleeves seen on the model, and it also had much longer sleeves.

Since being posted, the clip has racked up more than 490,000 likes and 4,300 comments from people who were in hysterics at the blunder.

One person said: “PLEASEE THAT’S SOMEONE’S CURTAINS.”

Another commented: “It looks like a bedsheet,” whilst a third viewer wrote: “The violation.”

And someone else said: “It’s so much worse than I expected.”

But a few people thought it just needed a once over with the iron.
